The chart illustrates the number of people using public transport in a city over a five-year period. Overall, bus usage increased steadily, while train use remained stable. In contrast, tram usage declined slightly.

Bus usage rose from 10,000 passengers to approximately 18,000 by the end of the period. Train usage stayed around 15,000 passengers throughout the five years. Meanwhile, tram usage decreased gradually from 8,000 to 6,000 users.

Essay Question: Some people believe technology improves education. Do you agree or disagree?

Technology has become an important part of education. Many people believe that digital tools improve learning, while others think traditional methods are better. In my opinion, technology offers significant advantages for students.

Firstly, technology provides access to a wide range of learning materials. Students can watch videos, read articles and complete interactive exercises. This helps learners understand topics more clearly.

Secondly, online platforms allow flexible learning. Students can study at their own pace and review difficult material. This improves understanding and confidence.

In conclusion, technology improves education by providing access to information and flexible learning opportunities. Therefore, it plays an important role in modern education.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a double room for three nights, but the room was not clean when I arrived.

In addition, the air conditioning did not work properly and the staff were not available to help. This caused significant inconvenience during my stay.

I would appreciate a refund or compensation. I look forward to your response.
