Yes, I think people rely heavily on technology nowadays. For example, many people cannot navigate without GPS, and they also depend on smartphones for communication, shopping, and even basic tasks. While technology makes life easier, it can also reduce independence and problem-solving skills.

Question: What makes a good boss?

A good boss should be supportive, organized, and clear in communication. Employees work better when expectations are clear and when they feel respected. In addition, a good leader listens to feedback and encourages teamwork rather than controlling every detail.
