Example ICAO Part 2 answer
This picture shows an airport runway. There is a passenger aircraft on the runway, and it appears to be preparing for takeoff. The weather looks cloudy, but visibility seems good. I can also see a vehicle near the runway, which may be an airport inspection vehicle. This could create a possible safety concern. In this situation, the aircraft may hold position until the runway is clear. After that, the aircraft will probably continue with departure.
